Crew requirement - you need to have attended at least two of our indoor events before you can join the crew.
What's expected of crew: you can choose any events that fit your schedule so very flexible, crew tasks involve setting up and packing down sound/light/decor/other events equipment, help with front of house & welcome, pouring and handing out cacao, preparing and putting out fruit, topping up water etc. There are various tasks so not all involve heavy lifting etc. We welcome all abilities and ages! :)
Crew guidelines: Enthusiasm for ecstatic dance 😉 friendly, positive attitude, willingness to learn, awareness and ability to communicate in a kind-hearted and mature way, give and receive constructive feedback.
