Crew requirement - you need to have attended at least two of our indoor events before you can join the crew.

What's expected of crew: you can choose any events that fit your schedule so very flexible, crew tasks involve setting up and packing down sound/light/decor/other events equipment, help with front of house & welcome, pouring and handing out cacao, preparing and putting out fruit, topping up water etc. There are various tasks so not all involve heavy lifting etc. We welcome all abilities and ages! :)

Crew guidelines: Enthusiasm for ecstatic dance 😉 friendly, positive attitude, willingness to learn, awareness and ability to communicate in a kind-hearted and mature way, give and receive constructive feedback.

How to Sign Up? - complete the below form and after submitting your answers, click on the link for 'SIGNUP' platform to select which dates/events you'd like to crew and confirm your place via Signup, click on Show more to see all crew details & timings.

1.FRIDAYS @Tufnell Park: set up from 6:20pm, pack down by 11:30pm

2.SATURDAYS @Tufnell Park: set up from 5:20pm, pack down by 11.30pm (some Saturdays from 4pm or 3pm)

3.SATURDAYS - ALL DAY @Tufnell Park: set up from 10:45am and during the day. Option to stay for evening ED & help pack down by 9:30pm

4.WEDNESDAYS (monthly) @Round Chapel, Hackney: set up 4:40pm-6pm AND/OR help from 7:00pm, pack down by 10:45pm

5.FRIDAYS (monthly) @LOVE SUPREME PROJECTS, Ladbroke Grove: help from 6:50pm, pack down by 9:30pm

*RETREATS @Gillingham, Dorset, UK (MORE INFO WILL BE EMAILED), usually need to be available a day & half before the retreat to help with set up & noon/ evening on the last day of the retreat to help with pack down.

*FESTIVALS @Gillingham, Dorset, UK (MORE INFO WILL BE EMAILED), usually need to be available a 2 days before the festival to help with set up & 1 day after festival to help with pack down.
