ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA DESTINATION DUBAI UNITED ARAB EMIRIATES YEAR 2025 Revised

  • You must be in possession of a valid United States Passport at the time of completing our application. Valid six months from the day of travel. The travel to Dubai is during Florence School District One Spring Break date April 18- April 24, 2025. 
  • A willingness to sign media release form, and travel policy and procedure forms.
  • If a child is traveling with you, the Future Entrepreneurs Foundation Student Travel Application must be completed.
  • Two adult chaperones over the age of 18 is required to travel per one child, or a roommate will be assigned for your hotel reservations. The child's parent or legal guardian must travel with the child no exceptions. You will accrue an additional charge of $500 in addition to the chaperone costs if you choose to have your own room.  
  • A willingness to complete our required background checks and be compliant with the rules and regulations of airport security requirements to include TSA Precheck and Global Entry.
  • Please submit a copy of passports for all parities traveling and students grade report to Future Entrepreneurs at sc@futureentrepreneurs.info before submitting your applications. Your application will not be reviewed without the required documentation.
  • Future Entrepreneurs retains the right to disqualify applicant at any time if criteria are not met.

Future Entrepreneurs offers a monthly payment plan for eleven months. A representative of our organization will contact you with specific information on monthly payment options.

Payment plans will require payments be made on the dates specified by Future Entrepreneurs. A late fee of $100.00 will be added if monthly payments are not made as agreed.
