A Home-School compact is a written agreement of shared responsibility and ownership that explains how parents, teachers, community members, and administration will work together to make sure all students get the individual support they need to meet or exceed grade level expectations.

It is the mission of the Manchester School District, in partnership with the community, to inspire and empower all learners with the knowledge, skills, and experiences essential for them to reach their greatest potential.
