Thank you for registering for the 6HR Supervision in Art Therapy: Theory, Structure & Applications Training, CE Broker Course #20-905064, being held LIVE Via Zoom through Florida Art Therapy Services on Friday March 31, 2023 10AM - 5PM EST. Please plan to log-in by 9:50AM the day of the training to resolve any technical challenges as we will begin promptly at 10AMEST. We will break for lunch from 1-2PM EST.

You will be expected to have your camera on throughout the course and in an area free from distractions. At the end of the training you will receive a link to complete and evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation, it will email you a certificate of completion.  

Your certificate will be awarded and sent to the e-mail used to register for the course after the evaluation has been submitted.

We will submit your attendance in CE Broker for any Florida LCSW, LMFT or LMHC's; however, if you are taking the course to submit to the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB) you will need to save a copy of the certificate as you will need to upload this yourself using their portal.

Once this registration form AND payment have been received, we will send a confirmation e-mail to include the Zoom link information. Please save this email in a safe place so that you have the information to log-in. We will be sending an email with the Zoom link and a link to download your materials from Dropbox within 24 hours of the course, as well.

Please note, we will NOT be able to reserve a seat without payment, and seating is limited to 40 registrants.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your RSVP, please either call the office at 239-297-7099 or email reina@floridaarttherapyservices.com If the event is being offered at another time, your payment may be applied to the next time the event is offered. A cancellation with a request for a refund anytime prior to 7 days before the scheduled event will incur a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the event or after the event will not be eligible for a refund. If you cancelled and opted to reschedule for the next event, and cancel again you will not be eligible for a refund
