We will be accepting a limited number of research abstracts for poster presentations at FERMENTATION 2021. If you are interested in presenting a poster, please complete this entry form by 5pm PT on October 17. The abstract (maximum 1,400 characters) should include the premise for the study, methods, and brief description of the main findings and implications of the research for fermented foods and beverages. Our Science Advisers will review all entries and notify those accepted for presentation by October 24. Poster presenters  are responsible for their own registration, travel, and accommodations.
