Each workshop builds off of the previous one – attending every workshop is highly recommended to gain the most out of this program, but not required.

Week 1: What Can I Do With My Major?: Explore Your Options - September 5 - Student Union Room 4A
After carefully assessing your career interests and preferences, we will help you explore possible careers, majors, and experiences that you can pursue. You will walk away with action items to support your exploration and career development.
Week 2: Job Search and Networking 101 - September 12 - Student Union Room 4A
Join this session for tips and resources on how to identify and promote in-demand skills gained during internships, projects and other experiences as well as create a plan to gain other experience to support your career advancement.
Week 3: Build Your Skillset - September 26 - Student Union Room 4A
Get tips on how to approach your job and internship search, including networking strategies (in-person and online) and the importance of connecting with others in the field. You will walk away knowing how to pursue events, opportunities, and practice your professional communication.
Week 4: Demystifying Interviews - October 3 - Student Union Room 4A
Learn how to prepare for interviews to help reduce nerves and put your best foot forward. Preparation doesn’t have to wait until you have an interview scheduled, and the more prepared you are, the more confident you will feel! You will walk away from this workshop understanding interview expectations, tips and best practices for preparing.
