2022 Fall Forum Funding Application: Sponsored by the Washington County 4-H Leaders Association
The Washington County 4-H Leaders Association has budgeted funds to reimburse registration fees of eligible youth and adult volunteers attending Wisconsin 4-H Fall Forum. The amount per participant is dependent on how many people that apply for funding; however, no participant will receive more than 50% of their registration cost. 

Applications will be reviewed by a committee of youth and adults from the Washington County 4-H Leaders Association Board. Funding is awarded primarily on 4-H involvement. The application form must be filled out by the participant by Saturday, October 22, 2022.

Reimbursement checks will be mailed to recipients after they attend and respond to brief reflection questions about their experience attending Fall Forum. The reflection questions can be found here: https://forms.gle/FDHHH1cS2g5Mi2J28
