To participate in this seminar we need your agreement to the following statements. These points are there to create a grounded experience for everyone. Please read these carefully and check the boxes so that we know you understand, respect and abide by these statements:

I understand that the IntoTheDark Series have a focus on emotional and somatic processes around the given topic, that might touch me on a personal, life changing level.

I agree to not consume any mind altering substances one day before and during the event.

If I have a prehistory with mental health or a prehistory with heavy sexual or emotional trauma (as perpetrator or as victim), I will inform the organisers within the registration process.

I come with the intention to be present with myself and what is alive in me (may it be heavy, critical, fearful or joyous and in easy), to breathe, to feel and to show myself authentically in the group.

I arrive at the event on time and with the intention of staying until the final circle. And if I do want to leave the seminar early, I first talk to the organizers.

I am aware that this event may evoke strong emotions. I understand that it is essential that I don't leave the space but stay present with the impact of the experiences throughout the processes.

I am aware that I am absolutely free to participate in the experiences taking place and to what extent or stay present as an observer, at the edges of the room.

I am aware that I have full free will to decide for the speed, nature and depth of my experiences, in the process space as well as in any free flow encounter.

I am aware that nudity, touch and eros can be a part of the experiences created in this seminar.

I understand that in this seminar any embodied encounter or erotic expression will be approached from a process oriented and conscious direction.

Consent: I respect the boundaries of myself and others. I accept a 'no' without further explanation and I express my 'no's' respectfully and clearly. I communicate clearly when I have a 'full yes' or an 'uncertain yes' in a shared interaction. And even during a longer interaction, I regularly ask whether my actions are still acceptable to the other person(s).

I am aware in the seminar we will be a diverse group of beings and that the organizers do not strive for gender balance or a homogenous group (age, cultural background, sexual orientation) of participants. In the seminar there is an invitation to strive for the honest meeting point with everybody, beyond your comfort zone, attraction pattern or your regular separation behaviour. To meet from human to human.

If I am in a relationship/partnership, I have clarified arrangements for embodied, sensual and/or erotic interactions outside of the relationship before coming to the seminars.

Confidentiality: I agree to only talk about the event and my experiences outside the seminar only without exposing the names of other participants.

I actively take time after the workshops to consciously integrate my processes and experiences.
