In some ways, exploring how to manage anxiety has been my life’s work. As I find concepts that help me, I share and explore them with friends, and I’ve often seen them be quite helpful for others as well. This zine contains some of these learnings, alongside stories of how I discovered them, out of a hope that they might make someone else’s journey around anxiety a little bit easier.
