Win A Pageant is seeking to hire part time, freelance coaches with incredible talent in all areas of pageantry!

Win A Pageant Coaches guide our clients through our proven curriculum and assist in their success of pageant preparation. Coaching happens through one-on-one and group sessions on zoom, Facebook group interactions, live streams, training videos and more. Coaches must manage a variety of clients in different stages of their pageant preparation and assist in all areas of pageant prep. Coaches also specialize in their own unique area of expertise (style, makeup, hair, walking, or wardrobe, etc). Win A Pageant Coaches engage with the brand and clients by listening to podcasts, joining live streams, attending team meetings/retreats, interacting on social media posts and more.

Qualifications:
Pageant competition experience required
Excellent internet and quiet environment to coach from your home
Polished video background and on-camera presence for zoom calls
Able to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superb time-management and able to meet strict deadlines
Team player
Quick learner with a strong sense of urgency
Good understanding of google docs / sheets / forms
Available at least 5 (and up to 30) hours per week for coaching, team meetings and client engagement
High level of personal leadership for your own time management, professional responsibility, and integrity

Duties Include, but Aren’t Limited to:
1:1 and group coaching on zoom with pageant contestants ages 13-60+ years old  
Keeping concise notes about client activities and progress after each call
Following up with clients over email and Facebook messenger
Facebook group monitoring to answer questions and support clients
Creating and Leading live and recorded video training sessions
Engaging with Win A Pageant brand and clients
Attend staff meetings and team retreats
