Our very helpful and reliable shuttle and bike transfer services are available to take you from the Port Elizabeth International Airport to the Zuurberg Mountain Inn or Addo Elephant National Park base camp and back.

Riders who have selected Platinum and Gold packages receive these services on a complimentary basis however anyone else wishing to use this service is able to book them for a fee of R900 per rider (bike transport) and R300 per rider (airport shuttle).

Plan your travel to arrive in PE between 12h00 and 17h00 on Thursday and departure between 15H00 and 18h00 on Sunday.

Thursday 26 Aug - Shuttle 1 – Expected departure time 14h00.  This will cover all flights before 13h30 arrivals
Thursday 26Aug - Shuttle 2 – Expected departure time 16h30
Thursday 26 Aug - Shuttle 3 – Expected departure time 17h30.  Expected arrival time at the race village is between 8 and 9pm.

The transfer to the race village and base camp can take up to two hours and we therefore encourage riders to take the earlier shuttles where possible.

When booking your shuttle, we suggest choosing one that departs a minimum of half an hour after your estimated time of arrival at the airport.

After the weekend’s festivities, the first shuttle will leave the race village at 13h30 on the Sunday with the last one scheduled for 15h00.

Please take into account that we would need to bank on two hours travel time from the race village to the airport. To get you there on time our shuttles would have to leave at least three hours before the scheduled flight time. They will leave sooner if all are on board.
