Shubert Community Connections            Community Ticket Program Application 2023/2024
We are excited to launch another season of our Community Ticketing Program!

IMPORTANT: Before applying, please make sure you have read both the FACT SHEET and the 2023/2024
SHOW LISTING (both available at shubert.com).

Please complete this entire application - and double check your information before submitting.

Program Details:

• This program is only available for New Haven Based Non-Profit Organizations whose constituents would
        otherwise not be able to afford tickets to Shubert events.
• Tickets are for constituent use ONLY, not for organization staff (excluding necessary chaperones).
• All applicants MUST provide a working email address.  Communication will be via email.

Future participation in the program will be determined by the following:

• Demonstration of need(s) this program will meet for your constituents
• Event attendance
• Group behavior during the Shubert event
• Participating in the Post-Show Surveys

The deadline to apply is Sunday, October 1, 2023 . No applications will be accepted after this date.

Awardees will be notified the week of October 2, 2023.

Show Selection
Included with this application is a sheet which lists those shows identified as possible CAPA Community Connections events. Please be sure and take into account the day of event, time of the performance, and recommended ages of each show. Please select your top three choices of shows you think would most appeal to the members of your New Haven organization.
• Please select at least 3 DIFFERENT PERFORMANCES. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE DATE AND TIME.
• Indicate the number of tickets you need for each show - you may request UP TO 6 TICKETS for each of your selections.
• PLEASE NOTE: Children under the age of 3 and babes-in-arms are not permitted in the theater.
