The Board of Directors will appoint up to five committee members to form the inaugural committee. The committee will then create (with Board input and approval) its processes for incident reporting, investigation, resolution as well as committee term limits and rotation procedures. This initial work will be done over spring/summer 2023 on the committee members' schedule with board support.
Committee members must possess:
- Wisdom and good judgement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to address challenging situations with care, respect, and impartiality.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming Frogtown community.
- The committee should reflect a diverse range of perspectives and lived experiences. We encourage all interested members to apply, particularly those from backgrounds underrepresented at Frogtown (women, transgender, and nonbinary members; BIPOC members; LGBTQIA members, etc.).
