LEARNING OBJECTIVES:This training is a deeper dive for managers and supervisors on how to use the DiSC personality styles to better lead your staff and takes the DiSC(R) learning to the next level. Please note: you must have completed the introductory DiSC Academy Training and have a DiSC personality assessment to take this training.
Understanding
what motivates and stresses people, and flexing your own approach to that, is a
great supervisory tool to add to your toolkit. Participants will gain a better understanding of the
DISC(R) styles and how to flex your own style to those you manage and supervise
will help you become a more effective leader, with a more content and productive
team.
