Spay It Forward Idaho (SIF) Spay/Neuter Grant form for Happy Jack Cats, Inc.
Through a program we call "Spay It Forward", Happy Jack Cats, Inc. will use your donation to assist you and other people in the community who need financial help getting their already-owned cat(s) spayed or neutered.  

Please fill out a separate form for each of your personally owned, friendly, unfixed cats or kittens.
** Do this for every unfixed cat currently in your home **

Pregnant cat? No problem. Let our skilled veterinarians assess if she's eligible to be spayed. It's safer and healthier for her, less expensive for you, and better for your community that is overwhelmed with cat overpopulation.

Any pets you acquire in the future will not be eligible for assistance from this program.

This program is not available for volunteers/organizations who rescue cats in the community. 

Filling out the form is not a guarantee that the surgery will be provided to you under this grant.

You will be asked to make at least a $50 payment per cat you need assistance with. ***

Spay It Forward will request from the DVM that your cat is spayed or neutered, given age appropriate vaccines and a microchip*.  The average cost to Happy Jack Cats for these services is $132.

*Cats spayed/neutered at SNIP will have to be microchipped at a later date (for free) when we have a microchip clinic.

***If $50 is too much to pay towards your cats medical care right now and you receive SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, Section 8, SICHA, LIHEAP, SSI, SSDI, etc -  please send a photo or screenshot showing your benefits to sif@happyjackcats.org along with photos of you and your cat.
