2023 Fall Religious Education Registration Form
Each Saint Joseph Parish child must attend one session of Religious Education per academic year when entering grades 1-8. This form is for Fall class registration ONLY. Fall registration will begin in July 1.

Fall Religious Education will run Sundays starting September 17 through December 10 from 6:00-8:00 pm in the West Campus school building (next to the church building). We will NOT have class Sunday, November 26 due to proximity to the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reserve December 17 as a snow make-up date, if needed.

PLEASE COMPLETE ONE SUBMISSION PER CHILD. YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL ENTRIES FOR MULTIPLE CHILDREN IN THE PROGRAM AFTER COMPLETING THE FORM.

Before completing the form, do ensure all contact information is correct (e-mail will be the primary mode of communication). If there are any questions, please call the Office of Youth Formation at 419-885-2181. Absences during any of the sessions will likely require make-up meetings with the catechist or the Director of Youth Formation.
