Ballston Campus Apartments 2023-2024 Graduate Housing Application
This housing application is for students who will be enrolled in a graduate program for the 2023-2024 academic year. Please complete the required questions and make your selections below. 

Once your application is submitted, a $500 deposit is required to secure your space (payable via check made out to Placemakr Marymount Ballston). Please drop off your check in person or mail a check or money order to the following address:

Please indicate your first and last name on the check memo line. If payment is not received within 7 business days of your submission, your application will be automatically canceled. The deposit will be refundable upon successful completion of the term outlined in the University Rental Agreement (subject to a review of the unit condition at checkout). In the event of application cancelations or early termination of a University Rental Agreement, the $500 deposit will be forfeited and is not transferable or refundable.
