If a scheduled class day is going to be missed due to pre-arranged obligations, it is the students' responsibility to notify the instructor prior to the start of SSSI, and complete all work prior to the date of absence unless otherwise arranged with the primary advisor. Regarding an absence due to an emergency (e.g., sudden illness), documented evidence (physician’s note) is required and work missed will be coordinated with the SSSI instructor.

June 22 - 8:00-3:00: By appointment - Process Conferences (~15 minute meeting)
July 11 - 8:00-3:00: 3rd Research Paper and Abstract
July 18 - 8:00-3:00: Portfolios and Presentations
July 20 - 8:00-3:00: By appointment - Process Conferences (~15 minute meeting)
August 4 - 8:00-3:00: By appointment - Practice Presentations (~15 minute meeting); Individual Work Day, Make-up Day
August 8 or 9 - 8:00-3:00: Celebration Days (Student Presentations) - Must attend all day the day you present
August 11 - 8:00-3:00: By appointment - Exit Interviews (~15 minute meeting)
