Ukeoke! For Teens
Learn to play popular songs on the ukulele with music extraordinaire, Emerald Hart! Teens 11-17 will meet May 25th, 4pm – 5:30pm in the Billings Public Library Community Room. Teens and family members will also have a chance to take a look at our new Community Crates, including Music, Visual Arts, and Health Science. This program and our new Community Crates are supported by a grant from the Billings Community Foundation, an innovative Community Foundation helping individual donors and charitable organizations meet the needs of the Greater Yellowstone Region of Montana.

Emerald is a student at MSU Billings pursuing a degree in Music Education as well as a degree in Music Performance with a focus in Vocals. She will be graduating this May to take a job in Belgrade, Montana as the Middle School Choir Teacher!

A big thank you to Billings Public Schools, Scott Corey and Ellie Ellis for providing the ukuleles used in this workshop. This event will be recorded.
