Programmatic Media Analyst @ DeepIntent
We are currently seeking a Programmatic Media Analyst to join and help grow our Operations team in NYC. The Analyst is responsible for supporting the team by setting up the reporting, analyzing large sets of data, troubleshooting any reporting discrepancies and providing ongoing reporting and insights for all clients. A major responsibility of this role will be to help build DeepIntent’s approach and infrastructure for digital analytics on existing clients as well as provide measurement guidance on all new clients and RFPs. This is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to help drive innovation and thought leadership throughout a fast-past startup. Opportunity is readily available for the Programmatic Media Analyst to move into a business/client-facing role or move towards a more technical role, based on the Analyst’s desired career path.

Key responsibilities:
Understand campaign goals, objectives, and reporting needs for clients
Provide detailed analysis of campaign performance and provide recommendations that further improve performance towards client KPIs
Provide thoughtful and data-driven reporting for all campaigns, including performance insights and optimization recommendations
Use your mastery of analytics to help Account Managers tell their story using data within client facing reports and client meetings
Apply your technical expertise to help solve, inform, influence, support, and execute our decisions for all our clients
Work with tools, such as SQL and Excel, to combine various data sets for adhoc and diagnostic analyses
Design and implement analytics across campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans and performance reports
Effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashion
Provide senior leadership with holistic reporting to capture insights by agency, company and brand

Who you are:
You have a great passion for digital and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape
Have a desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup
You are detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to clients with the ability to present campaign insights
Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Has experience analyzing and drawing recommendations from large datasets using analytics software including Excel
Problem solver who can think critically and deliver high quality reporting and insights to clients
Has outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Proven record of managing multiple projects at once and working within a collaborative team environment to get everything done efficiently

What you’ve accomplished:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 1-3 years experience at a DSP or programmatic advertising company
Experience with a coding language (Python, R) is a plus!
