Men's experience of pregnancy after fertility treatment
Thank you for participating in our survey.

Please read the information below before completing the survey.

This questionnaire invites men to share their experiences of pregnancy after fertility treatment. The research is being conducted by researchers at De Montfort University and the University of Oxford. We are conducting this research because we want to explore the potential impact of assisted conception on men’s experience of pregnancy.

The responses we receive will be analysed and we will produce a report from this pilot study and may use it as the basis of a larger study in the future. We may also talk about the research findings at conferences and we may publish from the research.

The questionnaire asks a number of open questions about your experiences of pregnancy after fertility treatment and there is some demographic information for you to complete at the end. You can write as little or as much as you like, and you do not have to answer any questions which you do not want to. Please complete only the questions you feel comfortable to do so.

Taking part in the research is voluntary. All responses are completely anonymous; however, this means that it is not possible to withdraw your responses once you have submitted the survey, as we have no way of identifying you.

Only the research team will have access to the data collected in this survey. This data will be held securely by the research team and used only for the purposes detailed above.

The research has received ethical approval from De Montfort University. If you have any questions, contact Dr Esmée Hanna, Leicester School of Allied Health Sciences, De Montfort University, The Gateway, Leicester LE1 9BH, esmee.hanna@dmu.ac.uk (0116) 257 7119
