The Culture Key paid program is meant for participants who are more than 18 years old and who wish to learn more about the Estonian culture and society.
1.1 who have already graduated the Culture Key program in full capacity, however, wish to continue learning about Estonia through the Culture Key program.
1.2 who wish to take part of the program partly (under 20 academic hours).
1.3 who wish to take part in individual schooling events.
The Culture Key paid program events include all costs related to the training (incl. bus, exhibitions, catering, guide service, etc.). The training is equivalent to the program offered by the Culture Key free program, i.e no additional services or special conditions are offered within the paid program.
To participate in the Culture Key paid program, please fill in the following form at the latest 5 days before the event.
After registering for the paid program, NGO Etnoweb will send an invoice, which must be paid no later than 3 days before the start of the training to secure a place in the education event.
Once the invoice has been paid, it is not possible to cancel the booking. The participant is entitled to a refund only if the event does not take place or if the participant notifies the refusal for good reasons (illness, etc.), providing evidence of a good reason for the absence (for example, a certificate from a doctor). In this case, it is possible to receive a refund of expenses that are not irreversible.
