I understand that mountain biking is not without risks. To help minimize those risks, I will help ensure that my child's equipment is in proper working condition before each club ride. I also understand that it is the discretion of the coaches or ride leaders to ask a rider to not participate on a given ride due to lack of proper gear, equipment failure or malfunction. *

Equipment Needed: Fully functional mountain bike, properly fitting helmet, extra tube, water bottle, bottle cage or hydration pack and snack. Closed-toed shoes and clothes appropriate for the weather and biking.

Recommended Equipment: Bike gloves, bike-tool, pump, patch kit, eye protection, more snacks, bike-light/headlight, small pack to carry stuff.
