Village School Enrollment Form - 2024-25 for Siblings and Children of Staff

The following information is required to apply for admission to The Village School. A lottery will be held to fairly and equitably distribute the available spaces in the class. The lottery will be held on March 15, 2024. Lottery results will be posted outside the school. Students placed in classes will receive a phone call, and students placed on the wait list will receive notification by mail. Please fill out a separate form for each student. Applications may be received anytime; however, to be considered for the March 15th 2024 lottery, submissions must be processed by Monday, March 11, 2024. Subsequent applications will be added to the end of the waitlist.
