*Bumblebee Skincare and Waxing is seeking a proactive, empowered individual who is growth minded to add to our team.

*Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Florida, some weekdays and every other Saturday.

*All training will be provided including extensive one on one training for technique, product knowledge and studio functions.

*This role will be responsible to:

Stand for extended periods of time

Attend and fully participate in all training sessions

Implement and understand policies and procedures set forth during training

Create Plan of Care incorporating professional products and creating home care regimens, product recommendations, service boosters all based on guests goals and needs.

Assist in supporting studio operations such as front desk and team member spa support when necessary

Advance guest relationships through excellent customer service techniques, following scripts, systems and complying with them.

Maintain a professional BumbleBee social media

*This position is FT, 32 per week. Competitive earnings where the Esthetician has the leverage of commission vs. hourly, whichever is higher plus a Sliding Retail Scale Commission of 15-25%.
Service commission is 30%, after review and meeting objective goals goes to 40%.
