You are ONLY required to register once. You don't have to register for every Single prayer, you don't have to register everyday. However, we might change the registration procedure at the beginning of July.

This form is to ensure your ability to safely pray at the masjid. If at any point someone in the community becomes ill we will be able to assess if anyone else may have been exposed while at the masjid and notify them so that they can self-isolate. This will allow us to keep the masjid open and running even if cases of COVID-19 do appear in the community.
