Please use this form to submit order or deployment announcements for medium and heavy-duty vehicles. If the order or deployment you're submitting has a web link, paste the link in the first field and submit the form. If you are submitting an order or deployment with no web link, please answer questions 2-12 to the best of your ability. Order: a company or fleet has signed an agreement to purchase a set number of vehicles from a manufacturer. The vehicles have not yet been delivered to the company or fleet.

Deployment: vehicles have been delivered the company or fleet and the vehicles are road ready.
