Are you concerned about a University of Portsmouth student?

From Monday 13th May 2024 this form will be retired - if you are reading this on or after that date please do not continue here but follow this link to the new form instead.

The Student Wellbeing Service offers a consultation service for anyone who is concerned about the mental health or wellbeing of a Portsmouth student. Please fill out this form to raise a concern. We will aim to put you in touch with a duty practitioner on the same day if at all possible.

Please be aware that if we contact a student as a result of this form being completed we will usually tell them who the concern has come from so that we can be transparent in our communication with them from the beginning. It is important that you let us know on the form if we cannot do this in your case.

For more information about what we can support you with, please refer back to our webpage: Concerned about a student?
