NJSMA 5th & 6th Grade Honor Band Festival - DIRECTOR REGISTRATION 2024
Please fill out all of the fields below. You only need to complete this form once, but you will have to re-enter your school's name and your last name on each student recommendation form you submit. 

WELCOME to our newly sponsoring teachers and WELCOME BACK to our veteran sponsors!!! Thank you for taking the time to nominate, advocate for, and sponsor your students so that they have access to this opportunity. 

Sponsoring directors must be NAfME members with a current, valid ID number. If you need to join or renew, please visit https://nafme.org/. You may sponsor any 5th or 6th graders you teach in your home school(s) band(s). Please adhere to the maximum of 12 student nominations to allow for access, equity and inclusion of all participating schools. 

Sponsoring directors must be present for the duration of the day's event on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from about 8:15am until 3:30pm.

Polo shirts for directors are limited.  Please do not submit a polo shirt size unless you NEED a new shirt.  

Student Nomination and Director Registration Forms are due by Friday, March 1, 2024. Please email Michelle Christianson at band@njsma.org if you have any questions.
