It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that golf cars are allowed in the community where the rental will take place. Cancelled rentals due to loss of use based on community standards will not be refunded.

Golf car must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Damages to car(s) will be assessed upon return, documented, and invoiced at the shop rate of $150/hour plus parts, as needed.
