Hi!  I'm Joe Borges and I am developing a program to help you create a positive mindset routine during your brain injury recovery journey.  That said, by filling out this survey, it will really help me to learn more about brain injury survivors who are struggling with these challenges and want to help with their mindset during recovery.​
