Science student feedback survey for the Careers Service - Easter vacation 2021

Thank you for giving your time to fill out this survey. You have the choice to remain totally anonymous in this survey. However, should you wish to enter the prize draw for £10 Amazon vouchers, please leave your email address at the bottom of this page.

All personal information will be stored securely according to GDPR guidelines, and these will not be used for any purposes other than the prize draw. Once the prize draw have been conducted at the end of the Easter vacation, all personal information gathered will be deleted permanently. The following survey is designed by the Oxford University Scientific Society (OUSS) committee, as per the request of the Careers Service, with the aim being to gather careers-related feedback from all students and early-career researchers studying a scientific discipline within the University. We hope that the insights gained from this survey will allow the Careers Service and other student societies in Oxford to better cater for the needs of the scientific student population in the future.

Please only fill out this form if you are a CURRENT University of Oxford undergraduate, postgraduate, or early-career researcher in a scientific discipline.
