Bus Transportation Form- Remote Testing May 11-14, 2021
Remote Students at Northview Middle School will begin testing the week of May 10th. Students will take their assessments on the following days:

8th Grade EOG Science- Tuesday, May 11th.
EOG Reading- Wednesday, May 12th.
EOG Math- Thursday, May 13th.  
EOG Make-Up Testing  for Remote Students- Friday, May 14th.
Math 1 EOC- Wednesday, May 19th.
Spanish 1-  Friday May 21st.

Students should arrive at school on testing days between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. and report directly to the school cafeteria.  Testing will be administered between the hours of  8:00 a.m. and  12:00 noon. We are asking that students be dropped off and picked up by parents/guardians at the times outlined above. If your student will be in need of bus transportation during the week of testing please indicate this need by completing this form.
