With summer coming to a close and schools starting back up again, it's time for CTS to reflect, recharge, and reassess. We would like you to be a part of this process and hope to be able to build our programs around our community.

The survey has 3 main sections:
1. Summer 2020 Feedback
2. CTS During the School Year
3. CTS Next Summer

Only the first and last page of questions are required, just to get a sense of what involvement you've had with CTS! You are absolutely free to skip as many questions as you would like and are not required to fill out every question. Of course, we would love to hear more from you and know that the feedback you give now is incredibly valuable to us. The more you have to say, the better!
