2024 Equine Wet Lab Teaching Clinician Interest Form
If you or someone you know would like to assist with teaching a lab, please submit your/their information in this form. This year, we have an amazing dilemma of multiple offers to assist with teaching. This form will help us keep track of who is interested in which labs. Unfortunately, we may not be able to fill every request, but we will do our best! Please expect someone to reach out by December if your nominated veterinarian has been added to a lab.
