We are excited to host you in the Make It Center (MIC) at ACC Highland Campus!

Book Now for Your MIC Experience!

All visitors including ACC faculty, staff, and students, please complete this form with as much detail as possible. This intake form is the first step for all internal and external meeting and event requests.

To book a field trip or camp for a school or community based organization that serves youth, please fill out the Field Trip and Camp Google form.

This form can be used to reserve the following:
  • The MIC (The entire center for an event)
  • Walking Tour of the MIC Only*
  • Walking Tour of the MIC and Showroom/Sim Zone interactions*
  • Fab Lab (The Forge) 
  • Innovation Hub
  • Inspiration Hub
*Tours of the MIC typically take about 15-20 minutes, but with the inclusion of Showroom and Sim Zone interactions, they can extend to 1 to 1.5 hours per group. Due to our limited space and equipment availability, the ideal group size for each tour is 15-20 people. If your group exceeds 20 people, we can arrange multiple tours on the same day (simultaneously) or on different days.

Fees may apply for space use and/or programming supplies. We may offer partner discounts of up to 25%.

Standard Turnaround Times
  • An acknowledgment email will be sent within two business days, excluding weekends.
  • A minimum of two weeks' advance notice is required for meetings & events.
  • For any additional questions, you can reach us at mic.events@austincc.edu.
  • Please call the MIC Front Desk at 512-223-1470 for any last-minute room requests or changes.
