Requests to serve alcohol
Requests for catering by ACC
Safety and security controls
Requests for 250+ attendees
Requests for guest/reserved parking
Requests for multi-purpose space (In addition to space in the MIC)
Internal events with 15+ non-ACC faculty, staff, or student attendees
Standard Turnaround Times
- Academic or department meetings (Internal Attendees Only): Two business days, excluding weekends
- For all other meetings and events: Two weeks minimum advance notice required
- Please call the MIC Front Desk at 512-223-1470 for any last-minute room requests or changes.
