Compositions of Culture Sign Up
This form is to sign up for a performance slot and/or table for the February 23rd event at the Germantown PAC. Please contact the PAC Coordinator for any follow up questions. hpulkowski@gsdwi.org or 262-253-3422

  • Date: Friday, February 23rd from 5:30pm-8pm
  • Location: Germantown Performing Arts Center, W180 N11501 N River Lane, Germantown WI 53022
  • Free event
  • This event will take place in the PAC lobby, not on the mainstage. There will be a small performance area in the lobby.
  • Setup will be available before the event starting at 5pm for all participating groups. Tables, chairs, and sound equipment will be setup prior to arrival.
  • There is no signup cutoff date, but the form will close when all performance and table slots are filled. The PAC Coordinator will assign specific performance times closer to the event. If you are only able to participate for a specific time that evening, please contact the PAC Coordinator.
  • This is a festival event so guests can come and go throughout the event, it is not a sit-down performance.
  • Posters are available in the PAC lobby to share in the community.
  • Please share our Facebook event and invite your friends and family to stop by and visit!

Examples - Performances can include songs, poetry readings, dance, or other variety showcases. Tables can be used to showcase artwork for sale, promote clubs, food, and local businesses which feature cultural roots. Celebrate your culture with a table featuring an art or craft for guests to participate in.
