Who is this workshop aimed for? This workshop is aimed at parents, foster parents, caregivers, general public who are interested in the effects of relational trauma physiologically and mentally, for family members, friends, or yourself.

We will be looking at questions like:
What is trauma?
How does stress and trauma impact my health?
How has someones childhood potentially impacted them later in life?
How can actions that look like "behavioural issues" be linked to trauma?
This is a 4 part workshop, each week building on information from the last. Places are limited. Collecting entries till 6th September 2023. We will email you to confirm your place for the 4 part workshop by 8th September 2023.
