Social Skills Self Defense Class
Join us with Sensei Amanda from Amanda’s Adaptive Martial Arts for a special social skills group on self defense! Amanda is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2002 who moved to San Diego from New York in 2015. She has been working with children with special needs since 1999, beginning her career as a teacher assistant at the preschool her sister attended as a child with spina bifida.

This series of 4 separate 1-hour sessions will teach self defense for children of all abilities, ages 9-13. Sensei Amanda will cover basic moves and strategies for avoiding attackers and how to successfully defend yourself in an attack, if needed.

Event Timing: February 7 - 28, 2023 on Tuesdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Cost: $125 for all 4 sessions or $40 for each session
