COYOTE CONNECTIONS & GENESIS ATHLETICS FREE CHILD CARE PLANNING FORM 
Genesis Athletics, the Before & After School Care provider for ACS, will offer free childcare for children ages 6 months to 8 years of age during the Coyote Connections Event on Thursday, April 6th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.  

We ask that families complete this form if they are planning on attending the Coyote Connections Event, so that we can accurately determine the number of staff to have on hand.

Completing the form ahead of time does not reserve a spot - it will be first come, first served, but completing the form will help us determine staffing.
