Participation Application Form for the 2019 National Access Arts Assembly - Part One:  The Good Host Calgary Assembly
To make sure there is time and space for all participants to contribute to the conversation we have limited the number of Assembly participants. While we wish we could host all hopeful participants, we'd like to reserve space for those patrons, groups, and organizations that have already taken meaningful action in  the Deaf and disability arts sector and are invested in increasing accessibility in their community. The below application will assist us in putting together the a complimentary and diverse set of perspectives.

Please fill out the below form to the best of your ability and an Inside Out team member will connect if your application is successful.
