Please fill out the information below to submit interest with Wickedly Handmade in regards to a CROCHET HOOK or HAIRPIN.
Due to the High-Demand for Crochet Hooks, we are accepting ONLY ONE submission per person at a time.
We want to be sure that everyone gets a chance to get their very own special hand crafted piece, so please be understanding of the "One at a time per person" rule.
We will be pulling names from this list, every other weekend. We go LIVE on our Facebook Page to announce the names.
To be able to work smoothly and quickly down this list, we are offering the option for a "MYSTERY HOOK". This will help us get more hooks out faster, as custom detailed hooks take much longer to create. If you do not mind what you get and like the idea of a surprise, a Mystery Crochet Hook is for you :)

You will get to choose ONE of these options:

~ CUSTOM CROCHET HOOK - This will be something very specific that you want Todd to create for you. Such as, but not limited to: Rose, Elder Wand, Sunflower, Owl, Spirals, Personal Engravings, Spindles, Fidget Rings, ect.

~ MYSTERY CROCHET HOOK - This will be for a CROCHET HOOK that is NOT specific, and will be a hook that Todd creates that will be a surprise to you.
You will be able to choose: Wood Type, Size, Metal Ended or Solid Wood, and if you want it WITH or WITHOUT a Crystal.

~ HAIRPIN - This will be something custom designed for you

You can choose ONLY 1 - Either Custom Crochet Hook, Mystery Crochet Hook OR Hair Pin

NOTE ON CUSTOMS: There will be a LIMIT to what the "custom" piece can be as it has to be something Todd can fairly price and get done in a timely manner.
There MUST be the ability for Todd to have creative freedom on these items. If there is too many specifics it may be something he just cannot do, and again, he wants to make sure everyone can get an item in a timely fashion.
There will also be pieces he has made in the past that he isn't open to recreating. But this will be stated at time of contact.

When submitting a form, please keep in mind, that when your name is called, you will be contacted by the email you leave as well as thru Facebook messenger IF we can access your account to do so. If you also leave an Instagram Handle, we will try to contact you there as well. Keep in mind, personal messages will most likely go to a "request message" folder. We need to be sure we can reach you!
~If your name is called, you will have 24 Hours to get back in touch - set up the details for your item - and payment MUST BE COMPLETE!
We will take payment at the time of placing the order, and your hook will ship within 2-3 weeks after payment WITH tracking. We will have multiple payment options available.
If we do not hear back from you and payment isn't complete within that 24 hour time frame, you will be removed from the list.
HOWEVER! If you cannot pay at the time your name is drawn, simply let us know, and you can be added back into rotation to have your name re-drawn at another time.
