Welcome, Great Vendor Adventurers!

This form must be completed for EACH showroom you visit in order to be entered for prize drawings & raffles.

HOW TO WIN: Log enough visits, and you'll be entered into our prize pools listed below. Winners will be drawn on October 13th and announced at the Wrap Up Event on October 19th (you do not need to be present at this event to win)

Several of the showrooms are also giving raffle prizes to people who log visits - so you will be eligible to win great giveaways, whether you log 1 visit or 36!

Each showroom has a specific "featured product" and a PASSWORD.
You MUST request the password from showroom staff - *Password is required on your log form in order to get credit for your visit*
We encourage you to ask an employee about their featured product and/or their business. This is a great opportunity for you to find new vendors you can specify for your projects.

Once you've logged your visit, post on social media posts, tag us (@idsseattle @nkbapugetsound) and #greatvendoradventure2023, and enjoy your visit!
