Please fill out the form below if you are requesting a waiver of the registration fee for the FAIS Meeting, August 1-5, 2021. Masters and PhD students, staff (technicians), postdocs, medical and veterinary students, medical and veterinary residents, undergraduate students, and high school students affiliated with an institution in a low or middle income country as defined by the World Bank are eligible for a waiver. Faculty, instructors, readers, lecturers, professors, lab heads, and PIs at such institutions may be eligible depending upon funding status.

FAIS representatives will be reviewing all fee waiver requests, and funding is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation that your application was approved. Please do not register until you have heard from us about your registration waiver status.
