Droga5 is relaunching this program for its third edition to invest in the future of diversity in our industry and foster talented people from all backgrounds who are interested in working as creatives in advertising.

OUR GOAL:
We want to source creative people from all backgrounds and provide participants with a complimentary introductory course designed to teach creators the essence of advertising, including: concepting, building campaigns, art direction, copywriting and more. Through dynamic workshops, lectures and practical instruction from Droga5 professionals, we'll aim to show program participants how to apply their raw talent and creativity specifically to the advertising industry.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Through a competitive selection process, we'll accept 20 high-potential creatives to participate in a free, 10-week session hosted virtually, starting on March 29th, 2022. Each weekly two-hour workshop will address an individual aspect of advertising with a focus on the conception of ideas.

CRITERIA:
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Candidates must reside in the US.
• Candidates cannot have attended a postgraduate portfolio school.
• Candidates must currently have an interest in working in the creative side of advertising as an art director, copywriter or strategist.
• Candidates cannot have been employed as creatives in advertising. Those who have worked in other advertising disciplines, however, may apply.
• Current employees of any competitor of Droga5 or any other company considered to present a business conflict in the sole discretion of Droga5 are ineligible.
• Candidates must be able to submit examples of their creative output. Ad portfolios are not required, and various mediums are welcome.
• Candidates will need to have access to a personal laptop and have a quiet space in which they can work.

Droga5 created D5in10 Academy to provide training in an educational setting to candidates who have an interest in creative advertising. D5in10 Academy is being conducted purely for the benefit of its participants, and Droga5 is not deriving any benefit from the program.

As a condition to participating in the D5in10 Academy, participants are required to sign the D5in10 Academy Participation Agreement, which includes legal terms covering confidentiality and intellectual property, among other topics.
