IMPORTANT: Submission of this application does not guarantee a performance at the Utah State Fair, nor does it constitute any agreement with the Utah State Fair to provide a stage, space, services or compensation. Additionally, performing at a previous Fair does not guarantee a booking in future fairs. Each year we start the screening process over. If you have applied or performed for the Fair before, you will still be required to fill out an application.

Audition material

Submitted must be a traditional rendition of the National Anthem, under two minutes in length, preferably one minute and thirty seconds. You may post a link of your performance (YouTube, etc.) or you can email a video to the Utah State Fair after completing the application.
