The following question is about director positions we are still looking to fill. Here are the general descriptions:
The Events Directors shall:
1. Work with the VP of Events to organize an event(s) either previously budgeted by the club or request funding for a new initiative, including but not limited to, workshops, performances, lectures by BIPOC speakers, musicians, professors, community members, academics, etc;
2. Reach out to necessary parties and make arrangements for venues, promotional materials, honorariums/compensation;
3. Work with the Director of Publicity to promote the event(s).
