So you want to be a beta reader? That's great! I deeply appreciate your interest!

In order to make the most of the your skills, I have a few questions to ask before I send you materials.

By filling out this form, I may call on you in the future to beta for me (if you're interested). If I send you a book and you don't fulfill the basic requirements...I won't send you anything again.

You will always be given the option to Opt-Out of a reading before materials are sent and a "teaser" for you to decide if a work is for you or not. No hard feelings if something isn't!
