For nearly a decade, the EarthCube community has been leading innovations in geoscience research through the partnership of geoscientists and computer and data scientists to improve access, sharing, visualization, and analysis of data and related resources. Come celebrate the success of EarthCube as we take a look back at the 10-year initiative and ahead at what the community envisions next.
The meeting will take place on November 8-9, 2022 in Washington, DC at the AGU Conference Center (2000 Florida Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. 20009) and will highlight outcomes, share lessons learned, and advance the conversation on the future of cyber-enabled geosciences research.
COVID guidelines
Short version: AGU requires visitors to the building to present proof of vaccination (if unable to do so, a verified negative test result from within the preceding 24 hours would be appropriate).
AGU considers “fully vaccinated” to mean that one has received a
complete dose of a given vaccine (i.e. Moderna & Phizer were 2-dose
vaccinations; J&J was a single dose vaccination); we do not require
boosters.
At this time, masks are optional. (Masks will be available.) Long Version
