Junior High Volunteer Role Descriptions

SMALL GROUP LEADER: Small group leaders are the driving force of CircleYouth. Everything we do is aimed at setting up our small group leaders to successfully lead students into a growing relationship with Jesus. Ideally, two adult SGLs connect with 6-10 students per group.

Commitment: Every Tuesday 6:30PM - 9:30PM, Friday Y-nights once a month

HOST TEAM: The Host team connects with brand-new students. This team stands at our Host table, welcomes returning students, welcomes new students, and gathers their information. This is a job for someone who is highly relational and likes to meet with people.

Commitment: 1-2 times a month

Y-NIGHT TEAM: The Y-night team helps to prepare and run our once a month bigger events. These events are focused on fun, amazing snacks, and creating an environment for students to invite their friends!

Commitment: 1-2 times a month Friday nights approx. 5:30pm-9:30pm
